I’m beat. I just got home from my first Relay for Life team captain meeting. All told, I haven’t been home for the last 14 hours and now have less than two hours until bedtime. But the Relay is something very near and dear to me, so I wasn’t about to miss the meeting. I got some good feedback on fundraising ideas, as well as some new ones, so the meeting was definitely worth my time. If anyone out there has any fundraising ideas, please feel free to share. It’s for a good cause and would be very much appreciated.

To boot, on the way home as I passed the Knoxville Convention Center, the sign was flashing upcoming events. There was the Sanchez / Pood Wedding. I almost wrecked the car. Then I called Vanessa to tell her. Pretty cool. Can’t believe the wedding is less than two weeks away now, on the 25th.

Before I go, here’s a shameless plug for Prison Break. WATCH IT WATCH IT WATCH IT! The fall finale, “End of the Tunnel,” is repeating on Fox tonight at 8PM EST. FX is airing a marathon starting at noon on Sunday, and the premiere is on Fox next week. Time to catch up with Michael, Linc, Sucre, Westmoreland, and the rest of the gang.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to shower, and then lay out my outfit and pack my lunch for tomorrow so I can be ready for my 9:30PM bedtime. Ah, it’s like being in school all over again. Elementary school.
