Wowie. I’ve gotten a lot of hits since using a lyric from the Unkle Bob song, “Swans,” from last night’s Grey’s Anatomy episode, “Some Kind of Miracle.” The song is apparently so new that not even my go-to sources for song lyrics (Sing 365 and AZ Lyrics) have the song listed yet. Even the band — Unkle Bob itself — was surprised by the use of their song on the show last night. The band was nice enough to post the lyrics to “Swans” in their entirety on their official MySpace page, so here they are:

Sweet mother of pearl — between 6PM and now, I’ve gotten an extra 540 visitors to my blog today! Pretty impressive for a six-hour span. The reason for the jump in visitors? “Swans” by Unkle Bob. I need to send those guys an email via their MySpace page. The song is now available on iTunes.
You know, no matter what song I choose to use tomorrow, you can bet money it won’t come close to having this kind of impact.
