With not a whole lot to write about tonight, I was going to whine a bit about how, as I mentioned last night, I’m burned out and more than ready for a vacation. Then I got an email from my AnySoldier contact, Steve, letting me know that he’s okay but that his unit lost three soldiers to a roadside bomb a few days ago. So instead of whining I’m instead asking that you keep him, his fellow soldiers, their families, and the families of the three lost in your prayers. Because it’s pretty clear that, with my air-conditioned house, safe job, upcoming vacation, and family and friends close by, I have no right to complain right now.
