This past week has been beyond crazy-busy. At least workdays are going much faster now since I remembered to put my iPod Shuffle back in my backpack. I had taken it out to load it and recharge it, and forgot all about it. As you may recall, the Shuffle was my Valentine’s Day present from Rich (thanks, baby!). It was a few days late, but it was totally worth the wait.

• Sounds of the Eighties tracks (thanks to Lee) by Adam Ant, David Bowie, Cheap Trick, Go-Go’s, Men at Work, The Motels, and several other groups whose videos shaped my childhood through endless hours of watching MTV. You know, the olden days when they ONLY played music videos.
  Singles by White Zombie (yes, I like White Zombie), Von Bondies, Muse, Kasabian, and the new one from Garbage’s upcoming album.

As you can see, I have pretty diverse taste in music. The only genres I really don’t like are country and rap. There are exceptions, though, as I like a few country songs and a few rap songs. Right now, I’m just really enjoying getting those free iTunes song caps from Pepsi bottles. I’ve gotten pretty greedy about it. I offered a trade with my cubemate Sam–I’ll give him a buy one get one free cap for a free song cap. He ends up just giving me the caps, which is great. Now I just need to win the iPod Mini they give away each hour.

Woohoo! Sam just gave me another free song cap. Freakin’ sweeeeeeet.
