Today is the first day of my four-day holiday weekend. I’m going to celebrate by having lunch with Mom (Quizno’s, here we come), running a couple of errands, cleaning the house, and finally finishing my blog post about Vanessa’s wedding. I haven’t forgotten about it, I just haven’t been able to blog in several days–far too long for my liking. (As you can see, my previous post was on April 7). My bedtime schedule precludes me being on the computer most nights, much less blogging. However, my little chickies, that will soon change. One more week of going to bed at 9PM and then I’m back to being a night owl. And back to regularly updating my blog.

God bless HGTV for having a workday that doesn’t begin at 6AM.
